What we the quote is what you pay – unless you add additional works and then the price will change, or during the renovation process, we discover hidden damages, broken pipes, electrical wires, structural damages to the building which we couldn’t see during our visit on-site before undertaking the project.  All problems can be solved and customers informed.

All work is fully guaranteed for 12 months.

Yes, we have full public liability insurance plus damage insurance.

Our quotes include labour, but we always try to give estimated materials cost for the customer.

We only work on price. No day rate at the moment.

We provide all customers with a David Property Maintenance Ltd contract containing a clear definition of the work to be done.
